Make this delicious Sheet Pan Jambalaya with Beer Fed Pork Coil Sausage from Fertile Acreage Farm. Delicious and oh-so-easy!
Ingredients

1-2 red bell peppers
-
1 medium yellow onion
-
1 Fertile Acreage Farm Coil Sausage, sliced

1 pound of shrimp, tails on
-
1 can (24 ounces) of diced tomatoes

2 Tbsp of tomato paste

Small package of cherry tomatoes

2-3 tablespoons of Cajun seasoning

Olive oil
Directions
Dice and sauté red peppers and onion in a sauce pan greased with olive oil. Cook until soft.
Place the sautéed red pepper and onion on a sheet pan with the sliced coil sausage, shrimp, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, cherry tomatoes, and Cajun seasoning.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes. Serve over your favorite rice.
