Ingredients

½ cup sour cream

2 tablespoons prepared horseradish

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

¼ teaspoon salt

Pinch black pepper

1 teaspoon finely chopped chives (optional)
Directions
Whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, salt, and black pepper.
