Small Batch Cracked Black Pepper Bacon

1 Dozen Eggs

6 tbsp Mayonnaise

2 tsp Dijon Mustard

Salt and Pepper

2 tsp Vinegar

Paprika (For Garnish)

Chives (For Garnish)

Directions
Hard Boil Eggs
Slice eggs horizontally and remove egg yolks, placing all yolks in a medium bowl
Add mayo, mustard, salt, pepper, and vinegar to egg yolks and mix until smooth
Add to piping bag, or use a spoon to fill egg whites back with yolk mixture
Top with a sprinkle of cooked, chopped bacon, chives, and paprika
