Blackberry Ridge Farms
Ingredients
-
1 lb grass fed hamburger or ground beef
- 1 egg
-
Burger seasoning of choice
-
1/4 Cup finely diced onion (optional but recommended)
Directions
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients. Form into 3 or 4 equal sized balls, and flatten slightly, but not all the way into a thin patty.
Heat grill to 400. Add burgers and cook 3-5 min.
Flip burgers and cook for 1 min. Using a spatula, flatten burgers to desired thickness and cook 2-3 min.
If adding cheese, turn off the grill, add the cheese, close grill and cook for an additional 30-45 seconds.
Serve on a hamburger bun with your favorite toppings.
