Ingredients

1 pound sausage

8 cups bread cubes

1 stick butter
-
1 large onion
-
3-4 stalks celery
-
2 carrots (optional)

4-6 garlic cloves, finely chopped

2¾ cups chicken broth

1 egg
-
1 tbsp fresh chopped rosemary

1 tbsp fresh chopped sage
- ¼ cup fresh chopped parsley

Directions
Place bread cubes in large bowl
Sautee onion, celery, and carrot (optional) in butter until soft
Once soft, add garlic and a pinch of salt and pepper, and cook for 2 more minutes
Scrap every bit of vegetable mixture over bread cubes in bowl
In the same pan you made the vegetables break up the sausage and cook until golden brown.
Transfer contents of pan into bowl with bread cubes and vegetables. Scrapping everything out of the pan you can
Add the rest of the ingredients to bowl and mix until all bread cubes are fully soaked
Transfer to baking pan and cook until crispy, about an hour to an hour and a half.
