This recipe is fast, easy, and perfect for both weeknights and date nights. No need to season, the smoked flavor comes through perfect and is balanced by the extra thick cut of rich pork. Pairs well with sides for a full meal, or simply cut out the bone to make one of the best pork chop sandwiches you've ever had.

Directions
Preheat your grill or smoker to medium-high heat
Cook the smoked pork chops for 6 minutes on each side
Check the temperature of the pork chops with a meat thermometer. The pork chops are ready when they reach 130°F.
Note: If the chops have not reached this temperature after 6 minutes on each side, continue to cook them at the same temperature for approximately 1 minute per side or until they reach the desired internal temperature.
