Directions
Preheat your grill or smoker to medium-high heat
Cook the smoked pork chops for 6 minutes on each side
Check the temperature of the pork chops with a meat thermometer. The pork chops are ready when they reach 130°F.
Note: If the chops have not reached this temperature after 6 minutes on each side, continue to cook them at the same temperature for approximately 1 minute per side or until they reach the desired internal temperature.
