6 oz Tomato Paste

12 oz Diced Tomatoes

2 tbsp Irish Butter

2 tbsp Garlic Powder

2 tbsp Black Pepper

⅓ cup Italian Seasoning

4 Celery Stalks

1 cup Carrots

1 cup White Button Mushrooms

½ Large Yellow Onion

7 Mini Golden Potatos

3 Sprigs Thyme

3 Sprigs Rosemary

Au Jus Gravy Packet

Beef Broth
Directions
Sear and Baste Arm Roast with Irish butter and herbs, 1 minute on each side
After searing and basting place melted butter, herbs, and seared meat into crockpot
Dice Mushrooms, carrots, and potatoes and add to pan you just seared your meat in with 16 oz of the beef broth.
Bring to a slight simmer then transfer to crockpot with diced onion, diced tomato, the rest of the beef broth, garlic seasoning, Italian seasoning, Au Jus Gravy Packet.
Let sit on high for 4-6 hours
Skim Fat as you go, or leave for extra flavor.
