Ingredients

New York Strip

Irish Butter
-
Rosemary or Thyme (or both!)

Salt

Pepper

Garlic Powder
Directions
Season steak thoroughly
On either a grill or in an iron pan heat up some butter on high
Once grill or pan is hot enough and butter is melted, set steak on to sear.
Add herbs next to steak in butter.
Sear both sides depending on what cook you want it to be. (1.5-2 minutes on each side for medium rare). Sear edges quickly. If cooking in a pan, baste with butter before removing from heat.
Once removed from heat, cut and serve!
