Heritage Angus Beef, Aged 13-17 Days

  • 2 lbs. Ground Beef
  • 2x Boneless Ribeye Steaks, 16-18 oz. each
  • 2x New York strip Steaks, 10-12 oz. each
  • 2x Top Sirloin Steaks, 8-10 oz. each
  • 1x Assorted Bone-In or Boneless Beef Roast, 3-5 lbs.

Unless specified otherwise during checkout, we process our orders and partners ship them out every Monday. Typically, boxes arrive the same week that they are shipped out.
